NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-002475-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-18CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-18CB, is Plaintiff, and JEFF BREDBENNER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 61, FLOR-A-MAR SUBDIVISION, BLOCK 2, SECTION 17-B ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 131 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
