NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 29, 2012, in Case No. 2011-CA-004630 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pasco County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Leah M. Plummer a/k/a Leah M. McCleod et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 16th day of October, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 152, HOLIDAY HILL UNIT THREE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 65, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
