NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 29, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-000485, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and CRAIG ENTWISTLE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRAIG ENTWISTLE IF ANY; AND ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
