NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 29, 2012, in Case No. 2011-CA-004638 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pasco County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Christina C. Jutz, and Pasco County Board of County Commissioners, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 16th day of October, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 231 HOLIDAY HILL UNIT SEVEN ACCORDING to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10 Page 21 Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
