Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in this cause on September 10, 2012, the Clerk of Court of Pasco County will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, which is described as:
Begin at the Northeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 34, Township 24 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida, and run West 350 feet, thence run South 300 feet to center of Dade City and San Antonio Road, thence Northeasterly along center of said road to Point of Beginning, LESS road rights-of-way; LESS North 25 feet of said lands.

Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 34, Township 24 South, Range 21 East, thence run South 89°48'30” West 65.86 feet to the Westerly right-of-way of Fort King Highway, thence along the arc of a curve concave Westerly, 25.17 feet, with chord bearing South 6°44'12” West, 25.17 feet and with radius of 1854.06 feet, thence continue along said arc with chord bearing South 7°14'02” West, 6.50 feet to its intersection with the Northerly boundary of the Old San Antonio Road for a Point of Beginning; thence continue along the arc of said curve with chord bearing South 7°14'02” West, 0.16 feet to P.R.C., thence run along said reverse curve with chord bearing South 6°29'18” West, 59.16 feet, an arc distance of 59.17 feet with radius of 1964.86 feet to the Southerly boundary of said Old San Antonio Road, thence South 49°47'00” West, 270.55 feet, thence North 40°13'00” West, 40.00 feet, thence North 49°47'00” East, 313.01 feet to the Point of Beginning, lying in Dade City, Pasco County, Florida.
