NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Rem entered this 22nd day of August 2012 in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-009092-XXXX-WS-J2 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for New Century Alternative Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-ALT2, Plaintiff and SYMPHONI MCARTHUR, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, at 11:00 am on October 8, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
