NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-004248ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and MELINDA D. CAMP; STANLEY W. CAMP; VALENCIA GARDENS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd day of October, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 210, VALENCIA GARDENS, PHASE TWO-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
