NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-007667ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and DAVID M. SMITH A/K/A DAVID SMITH; NORTH FLORIDA HCA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION D/B/A COLUMBIA HCA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; KIMBERLY SMITH; MELISSA K. REED; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A COURTNEY SMITH; UNKNWON TENANT(S)IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 8th day of October, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 79, GREENS AT HIDDEN CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 147-153, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
