NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 29, 2012 , entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2011-CA-001360WS, DIVISION: J3, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-3, RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-3 is Plaintiff, and CHERYL A. VACURA, GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION F/K/A MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, AND UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BRIAN VACURA, are Defendants.
Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 15th day of October, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
