NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 22, 2012, and entered in 51-2009-CA-007150() of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and YVONNE D MARCH LEE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YVONNE D. MARCH LEE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on OCTOBER 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2713, BEACON SQUARE, UNIT 21-C, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 66, AS CORRECTED BY AFFIDAVIT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 878, PAGE 419.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
