DEROCHI-HEALY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCES A. DEROCHI-HEALY N/K/A REMO HERNANDEZ; MEADOW POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A SHANTE HINTON; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 N/K/A THERESA PATTERSON are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on OCTOBER 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
