NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2010, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-007699WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATINOAL CITY MORTGAGE CO., is the Plaintiff and Jeffery J. Smith, N/K/A Jeffrey J. Smith; Rhonda N. Smith; Beacon Woods East Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Beacon Woods East Master Association, Inc.; E*Trade Bank; Beacon Woods East Recreation Association, Inc.; and Unknown Tenant(s)., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on October 11, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 867, BERKLEY VILLAGE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 30 THROUGH 32, INCLUSIVE; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
