NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-010788ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and CARLOS A. HERRERA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 8th day of October, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commence at the Northeast corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 15, Township 24 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida, thence along the East line thereof run South 169.62 feet to the South line of JOY-LAN-VIEW SUBDIVISION as shown on map recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 36, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, thence along said line S 89 34 10”W, 715.0 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue S 89 34 10”W, 150.00 feet, thence South 363.14 feet, thence N 89 35'35”E, 150.00 feet, thence North 363.21 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO road right-of-way over the South 15.00 feet thereof.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
