NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem), entered on September 12, 2012, as to the Counts in the above-styled cause, in and for Orange County, Florida, the Office of LYDIA GARDNER, Orange County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Orange County Courthouse by Electronic Sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on October 3, 2012, the following described properties:
AS TO COUNT I - 2164 SE GASLIGHT, LLC. AKA SE GASLIGHT, LLC.
Unit Week 02 in Unit 092, VISTANA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3167, Page 1201, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any. Together with a remainder over after termination in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the other owners of all the unit weeks in all phases of said condominium on October 1, 2020 in that fractional interest set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
AS TO COUNT XI - BARBARA A. PIETROWIAK
Unit Week 18 in Unit 084, VISTANA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3167, Page 1201, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any. Together with a remainder over after termination in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the other owners of all the unit weeks in all phases of said condominium on October 1, 2020 in that fractional interest set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
