NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of September, 2012 and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-012920-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INCORPORATED is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF FRANK R. WHITMAN, III, DECEASED, NANCY MADSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD D MARTIN N/K/A VIOLET MARTIN, UNKNOWN TENANT(S), UNKNOWN TENANT(S), JOYCE THOMSEN, ELIZABETH WHITMAN and ELSIE WHITMAN IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 19th day of October 2012 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK D, CRESCENT HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 46, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
