Final Judgment was awarded on September 6, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-005307-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, deutsche bank national trust company, as indenture trustee, for new century home equity loan trust 2006-2 is the Plaintiff, and, paulino barraza; unknown spouse of paulino barraza, unknown tenant #1 n/k/a arnold barraza; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on October 11, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
