Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2012 entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-016295-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and JOHN TORREZ , et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 53, Block B, Kings Bay, According to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 112, of the public records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 10th day of December, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
