Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 01, 2012, and entered in 2009 CA 002625 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MARCH 1, 2007, GSAMP TRUST 2007-HE2, is the Plaintiff and CARRIE L. COMSTOCK; GREGORY B. COMSTOCK; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2 are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on October 1st, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LotS 737 AND 738, A CORRECTED PLAT OF RIDGE HARBOR SUBDIVISION, 5TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 23, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
