LOT 6, BLOCK 714, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 2A THRU 2Z-41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1676 NUREMBERG BLVD, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33983; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on December 10, 2012 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
