SEQ., AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
and commonly known as: 4835 TRITON CT E #6, CAPE CORAL, FL 33904-9445; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, on October 11, 2012 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
