NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 7, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2011-CA-055244 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier in and for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11 day of October, 2012 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 32, and 33, Block 33, of that certain subdivision known as San Carlos Park, Unit No. 8, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Deed Book 319, Page 515
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
