NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 7, 2012 and entered in 12-CA-053323 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-0PT3 TRUST, ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-0PT3, is the Plaintiff and MARIE BEM A/K/A MARIE E. BEM; IVONNE DOMINGUEZ A/K/A IVONNE M. DOMINGUEZ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GISSELLE DOMINGUEZ; are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 am on January 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 52, UNIT 5, SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
