NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-050512 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and REBECCA S. STORY, SHARNA STORY SHIRCLIFFE AS EXECUTRIX OF THE estate of james d. story, et al are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 7, 2012, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 am, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
