NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed September 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-054643, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for «County» County, Florida, wherein PROVIDENT FUNDING ASSOCIATES, L.P. is Plaintiff, and ALISON SMITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALISON SMITH; FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 10 day of October, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
