MAROHN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE E. MAROHN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; are Defendants.
CHARLIE GREEN, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 11 day of October, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 71 AND 72, IN BLOCK 2856, UNIT 41, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, AT PAGES 2 TO 14, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
