NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-054747, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES AR5, is Plaintiff and ALAIN RODRIGUEZ; MITHZA PARDO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALAIN RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, FSB; are defendants. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
