Final Judgement was awarded on January 25, 2011 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-017597, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein countrywide home loans, inc for the benefit of washington mutual bank, is the Plaintiff, and, JULIO MELENDEZ; RAFAELA MELENDEZ; MYSTIC GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; OCEAN BANK; and unknown tenant(s) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on January 9, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 2102, Building 5321, MYSTIC GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Instrument #2006000041352 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all exhibits and amendments thereof.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
