ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC8, is the Plaintiff and LUIS J. MEDRANO AKA LUIS MEDRANO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS N/K/A JUAN NUNEZ are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on November 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot(S) 3, block 24, unit 1, lehigh park, section 23, township 44 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 15, page(S) 64, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
