NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11011426CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is the Plaintiff and CAROL MONG; LAS PALMAS TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JACK V CARTWRIGHT; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A BRESHELL JOHNSON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 4th day of October, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commence at the Northeast corner of Said Lot 1, Block 2, thence run S 00º23'26” W along the East Boundary line of Said Lot 1 for a distance of 17.66 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue S 00º 23' 26” W for a distance of 7.70 feet; thence N 89º 37' 39” W for a distance of 3.08 feet; thence N 00º 22' 21” W for a distance of 7.70 feet; thence S 89º 37' 39” E for a distance of 3.09 feet to the Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
