NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11010646CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and ZARA NEWHAM; OAK LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; UNKNWON TENANT N/K/A SELINA ARGENAULT; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd day of October, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 129, BUILDING 4, OAK LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15066, PAGE 371, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15557, PAGE 2271, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 141, PAGE 75, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 146, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
