NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-007795 CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Tommy L. Ward; Unknown Spouse of Tommy L. Ward, NKA Brooke Taylor; Unknown Tenant NKA Broderick Batie; and City of St. Petersburg, Florida, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on December 10, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64 and the West 1/2 of LOT 65, Ridgewood Terrace, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 81, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
