NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the following property, situated in Pinellas County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 14, Block 1, SIXTH ADDITION TO REDINGTON BEACH HOMES, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 31, Pages 29 and 30, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property all at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m., on October 16, 2012, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
