NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-011910 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff and , HANH CONG QUOC NGUYEN A/K/A HANK NGUYEN AKA HANH CONG QUOC; and THO THI NGUYEN; and SON VAN NGUYEN are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 25th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3 OF PINE HAVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
