NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure September 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-010040 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein COLONIAL SAVINGS, F.A. is the Plaintiff and , SAMUEL FRANKLIN CHAPMAN; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAMUEL FRANKLIN CHAPMAN; and DENISE CHAPMAN; and SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 25th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 3, BENT TREE ESTATES - SECTION A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 87, SAID LANDS SITUATE LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
