Unit 915, MANGROVE CAY I, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 15509, pages 2006 through 2069 and re-recorded in O.R. Book 15527, pages 749 through 813, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 146, pages 45 through 50, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
