NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the following property described as:
Unit 3105, Building 3 FARRINGTON ARMS, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 4864, Pages 843 through 895, and all its attachments and amendments, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
will be sold at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 27, 2012.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
