NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the following property described as:
Building 2919, Unit A, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 3, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as originally recorded in O.R. Book 4962, pages 1643 through 1724, and the Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 9757, pages 596 through 668, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, pages 8 through 13, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
will be sold at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 21, 2012.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
