NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the following property described as:
Unit 179, Bldg. 4570, LAKE OVERLOOK CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, UNIT 2, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, pages 28 to 32, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 3579, pages 485 to 556, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
will be sold at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 7, 2012.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
