NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale docketed August 15th, 2012 and a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10 10633 CI 07 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-HE1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2007-HE1, is Plaintiff and Kristine M. Jacobs, are Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 16th day of October, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to-wit: The South 50 feet of Lot 45, C.W. Johnson's addition to Largo, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 27, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part of.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
