NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-11504-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SABR MORTGAGE LOAN 2008-1 REO SUBSIDIARY-1 LLC, is Plaintiff and Diane Blanton, Mitchell Blanton, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 12th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 6, of A.L. PFAU'S CRESENT LAKE GARDENS, according to the plat there recorded in recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 99, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence run South 45.0 feet along the West boundary of 8th Street, North; thence West 99.7 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence South 45.0 feet; thence West 81.3 feet; thence North 45.0 feet; thence East 81.3 feet to the Point of Beginning, all lying and being situate in the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 18, Township 31South, Range 17 East, Pinellas County, Florida.

Beginning 45.0 feet South of the SW Corner of Lot 13, BOBBITTS SUBDIVISION, for a Point of Beginning; thence run South 45.0 feet; thence East 81.3 feet; thence North 45.0 feet; thence West 81.3 feet to the Point of Beginning, as per map or plat thereof recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
