NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-006439, of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida wherein SPRINGLEAF HOME EQUITY, INC. f/k/a AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC., Plaintiff and EDMUND J. QUIRKE, Defendant. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a. m. on October 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, Revised Map of OAK GROVE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 5, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
a/k/a : 1217 21st Ave. South, St. Petersburg, FL 33705.
Any person, other than the rightful owner of the property, must file a claim to surplus funds within 60 days after the above held sale for the claim to be valid.
