NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Apartment No. 210, together with an undivided interest of share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrstictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of DOUGLAS ARMS EDINBURGH HOUSE, a Condominium, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, pages 64 and 65, and in Official Records Book 3003, pages 254 through 305, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 400 GLENNES LANE, UNIT 210, DUNEDIN, FL 34698.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 18, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
