Lot 1, Block 8, of the Anchorage of Tarpon Lake Unit Three, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 70, Page 99, 100 and 101, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2144 Portside Passage, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34685.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 18, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
