F/K/A AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC.; LDC INVESTMENTS, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JEFF SIMS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JUSTINE CAMERON are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on October 12, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOT 19, AND LOT 20, LESS THE EAST 20 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 3, AVALON SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
