FIOLA A/K/A LOUIS FIOLA; CAROL FIOLA; CASA DEL MAR #1 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A CASA DEL MAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; ANN M. BIRKINS; 5 COUPLES ST PETER'S #105 LLC A/K/A FIVE COUPLES ST PETE'S #105, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on October 12, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 105, OF WEST BUILDING, CASA DEL MAR, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4472, PAGE 617, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 37, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 19, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
