NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 22, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-009825-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP is the Plaintiff and BRIAN E. NIVER, JOHN NIVER, Sunset Grove Condominium Association, Inc., Acoma Roofing, Inc., Alto Construction Co., Inc., Carlos Leclair, LLC, John C. Harris Painting, Inc., P&L Electric, Inc., and the Unknown Tenants in Possession, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of October, 2012 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 6, BUILDING 4, SUNSET GROVE 1 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 60 THROUGH 67, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4081, PAGE 1235, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
