Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated September 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 12-3340-CO-41, in the COUNTY COURT for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BEACHWALKER AT HARBOURSIDE OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and JAMES H. KOGUT, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Unit 406, Building 10, BEACHWALKER AT HARBOURSIDE, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 102, Pages 40 to 45, and further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 6816, Page 2178, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of November, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
