Book 4808, Pages 350 through 412, inclusive, together with any amendments or exhibits thereto and together with an undivided interest in the common elements thereto all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 229 Caryl Way, Unit 30, Oldsmar, Florida, 34677.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 18, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
