That certain parcel consisting of Unit Number 27-D, as shown on Condominium plat of Highland Lakes Condominium II, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 17, Pages 62 through 65, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4150, Pages 597 through 643, inclusive, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the exhibits attached thereto and made part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.. With the following street address: 2828 Highlands Boulevard, Unit D, Palm Harbor, FL 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 18, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
