NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-9351-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Willow Brooke Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Melanie L. Timmer, Tampa Bay Community Development and City of Clearwater are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 12, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the
following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 6, Building A, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Willow Brooke Condominium, f/k/a King's Highway Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 6165, pages 317 through 365, amended in O.R. 9497, pages 1171 through 1235 and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 89, pages 101
through 104, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
